About the Role

Requirements
Education: Secondary specialized or higher education, preferably in the fields of trade, marketing, or design.
Work Experience: Experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or interior design industry.
Product Knowledge: Understanding of the product range, including various types of lighting, their characteristics, and applications.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages will be an advantage. Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
Sales Skills: Ability to work with clients, negotiate, and close deals.
Organization: Ability to work in a team, as well as independently organize one’s own work time.
Client Orientation: Focus on the client and a desire to create a positive experience for customers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and specialized programs for client management and inventory control.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Stress Resistance: Ability to work under high pressure and respond quickly to changes.
Aesthetic Perception: Sense of style and ability to create an attractive product presentation.
